Without "homeschoolers", this would just be a plain old phone book! PLEASE HELP!
If you have ever asked (or been asked), where can I go to find curriculum, field trips, supplies, umbrella schools, consulting services, and so on, then you can imagine why we are building this directory! For example, have you ever wished for an easy way to discover a new homeschool art class / sports program / algebra tutor, etc., within 10 miles of your home? Have you ever run into a new homeschool family that could really benefit from searching by category or keyword for “curriculum”, and actually finding a wealth of the wonderful homeschool resources available (not just the same few that can rank high in the search engines or show up in pop up ads.
Have you ever discovered curriculum 2 or 3 years after you could have used it – because you didn't subscribe to the magazine they advertised in?
If you think this FREE directory would help homeschool families, please help us make it the best it can be. We need to know your local favorites, so we can share them with other families in your community. By helping these small businesses get the word out about their services you are helping them, other homeschool families – and your family! As a co-op leader, businesses would often ask me how they can reach our community. Either they can find no way at all, the options are hit and miss, or the cost is way out of reach.
